Dishes that are slow cooked in a tandoor (clay oven) using skewers by marinating primary ingredients like chicken, lamb, paneer etc. in several herbs, spices and yoghurt eventually giving them a smoky flavor. Served with rice/naan, curry sauce, and salad. (+ £1 extra for a speciality sauce such as masala, chasni, korma etc.)
